• Contact Data: Email address, Phone number, Alternate phone number, Residential address (City, State, Pincode).
• Profile Data: Profile picture (which may be uploaded from your camera or gallery), Short Bio, Experience details (for service providers).
• Account Credentials: Password (stored in encrypted format).

B. Location Data

We may request access to your device's location (Latitude and Longitude) to provide location-based services, such as finding service providers or customers near you. You can enable or disable location services when you use our application at any time, through your device settings.

C. Financial Data

We do not store your financial information (such as credit card numbers) on our servers. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We only store transaction identifiers (Order ID, Payment ID) and subscription status.

D. Device and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the application, including:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers (Device Token) used for push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Usage Data: Details of your use of our application, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process your orders, bookings, and subscriptions.
• Connect customers with service providers based on location and service requirements.
• Send you notifications regarding your account, bookings, or subscription status.

• Other Users: If you are a service provider, your profile information (Name, Bio, Experience, Rating) may be visible to customers. If you are a customer, your location and contact details may be shared with the service provider you book.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

4. Third-Party Services

Our application may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave our application, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
